Good design begins with good communication. That’s why, at the start of every project, we’ll take the time to understand your requirements and discuss how we can best meet your needs.
As we begin the system design phase, we will engage with you in a 2-way process to capture and formalise your requirements with traceability. After analysing them, we will create a top-level architecture, and then use schematic capture and PCB layout to transform the architecture into a complete electronics design.
We’ll then manufacture several prototype boards and perform electrical tests to ensure they work as intended. We also perform verification to ensure the prototype meets your original specifications.
We consider compliance on every project so that your product has the best chance of meeting EMC and other electronics regulations. By working with an accredited test lab, we can manage pre-compliance testing and support you with full compliance testing.
Throughout the entire design process, we’ll schedule regular check-ins and provide detailed progress reports to ensure you’re satisfied with the project’s progress.
